The Corner Precinct Meadowbrook 
 
The Corner Precinct Meadowbrook is situated on the corner of Ellerslie and Meakin Roads, Logan City. This is a strategic location adjoining the Logan Freeway and with a direct linkage to the South East Freeway via Loganlea Road.
 
Arrowstone and its investment partners acquired property in 2004 and have progressively developed for long term investment three high quality office showroom and warehouse buildings with fully documented plans for a fourth building. A tenancy pre-commitment is sought for the final building to complete the precinct and full council approvals have been obtained. Construction can be completed within a period of five months once a precommitment is finalised.
