The Corner Precinct in Meadowbrook is situated on the corner of Ellerslie and Meakin Roads, Logan City. This is a strategic location adjoining the Logan Freeway and with a direct linkage to the South East Freeway via Loganlea Road. The Corner Precinct Project represents an important long-term investment in Meadowbrook by Arrowstone.

The first stage was completed in 2006 and two further stages were completed in March 2009. A tenancy pre-commitment is sought for the final building to complete the precinct and full council approvals have been obtained. Construction can be completed within a period of five months once a precommitment is finalised. 

All buildings within the Corner Precinct are have been completed to a high quality specification and the final stage will be finished to a consistent level of amenity.

Project Specifics – Warehouse areas are negotiable and can range between 450, 900, 1150 or 1350 square meters.
If the minimum or a smaller warehouse size is preferred the balance of the site can be held as secure hardstand or as an area for future expansion.
