18 Pinot Drive
 
There are four projects in Pinot Noir Drive, 18 Pinot Noir has a flat site area of 5500 square meters providing an efficient building platform however the site is irregular in configuration. Several layout options are available with preliminary planning suggesting a 2,500 square metre rectangular building. This would allow for goods handling from three sides of the building including the option of a drive through facility. Large site areas external to the base building envelope allow for extensive yard areas.

As a continuation of the Stage Two streetscape the site has a frontage of 25 metres to Pinot Noir Drive and a side easement lane set to the north that increases truck-manoeuvring options.
