Expected to come to completion in 2010, 9 Pinot Drive, Cromwell has been designed with the flexibility to be either
one or two units. The building will feature a mix of highly specified showroom, office and warehouse over
ground and mezzanine levels. Both units include 250 square meters of ground floor space and 120 square meters of mezzanine area. The total building area will be 740 square meters, which can be taken out as a single tenancy.
