Preliminary work begins on 88 Brandl St, Brisbane Technology Park.
The ground level is now leased to Zernike International leaving 1600sqm
on the first floor still available. All enquiries are welcome.
R Redpaths are completing their fitout preparatory to relocating to
McNulty Central. As a leading wholesale electrical supplier the business will
occupy all of units 3 and 4 in the complex with showroom, office, warehouse
and rear hardstand areas.
With harvest deadlines arriving the Arrowstone team have achieved the
deadline to complete the Olssen Winery extension. Stage two external works
will be completed at the end of the season. Olssens are currently processing
their first vintage in Arrowstone's upgraded facility. The new facility has doubled
the production capacity to 400 tonnes and seen major enhancements to the
winery laboratory, office and staff areas.

Zernike Australia have agreed to lease the ground floor of 88 Brandl St, the
building will be highly specified and will be best suited to research and technology focused businesses. With a proposed 5 Star Green Rating, this pretigeous new
building will provide up to 3200sqm of office accomodation, of this Zernike will
take 1670sqm.

Located in the prime trade precinct of Cromwell this new showroom
complex will present a strong visual impact to McNulty Road.
The McNulty Central complex comprises of 1,125 square meters,
units range in size from 165, 190 or 220 square meters. These units can
be taken up individually or in any combination if greater space is required.
In 2009 Arrowstone provided funds to allow the Arrowtown Scout Group
to acquire a new kitchen tent for camps and fund raising events as shown

The Queensland State Government auctioned the last three remaining greenfield
sites in the Brisbane Technology Park on the 4th of November 2009. Arrowstone
was successful in joint venture with Graystone in acquiring one of the last
development sites and a two level building with basement parking is currently
in conceptual development phase with application for Development Approval
to be lodged early 2010.

KarelCad the well established CAD design software development company
move into 1060 square meters of quality office space at 62 Brandl
Street Brisbane Technology Park.
Tennant Company a US operation of 170 years standing occupy their new
premises at 23 Meakin Road, Logan City a property Arrowstone jointly
owns and manages for Pepalejo Property Partners.
In a confident move Justin Montesalvo
launched his new contract laser cutting business and occupied 1000 square
meters at 8 Ellerslie Road, Logan with provision to expand into a further 500
square meters in 2010. What recession!
Southern Lakes Hardware led by Paul Piebanger open their new 1100
square meter ITM Hardware operation at 22 Chardonnay Drive and early
reports the new business is going well!
Imperial Kitchen Manufacturers move into their new building extension
of 839 square meters increasing by 50% their production area but still
working two shifts to keep up. A great company doing well and great
tenants to work with.
Arrowstone acquires 24-28 McNulty Road as a long term investment. The
complex with three street frontages includes five buildings and
accommodates Mainfreight Transport and logistic operations, Olssens
winemaking facilities, Courier Post and Ashmore Contracting.
