Express Laser occupied an initial area of 1000 square metres at completion of the building in 2008, with
an agreement to expand to occupy the balance of the 1387 square metre building in 2010.  
The building is a tilt slab warehouse with a quality showroom fronting Ellerslie Road and mezzanine
offices fitted to high quality office amenity.
